Room in Utrecht - Huize Adelaar

We are looking for a Roommate (f/x) ❤ (Internationals only, sorry Dutchies!) We are Marthe (26), Lucy (24) and Leni (24). We are dutch, Irish and German queens. Marthe already works, Lucy and Leni are Master Students. We are ideally looking for a student girlieee. The Room is available asap. We are looking for someone who is *clean*, fun, social and 21+. We recently moved in together and we are building a warm girls house. The house is in the city centre (Adelaarstraat) and the available room is a 8sqm with a built in loft bed and built in shelves. We share two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The rent is 475 all incl. Registration is possible. Good to know: The landlady is not sure if she wants to sell the house in the future. If this is the case, she will give us a 2 months notice. We want to be really transparent about this, but we are not really convinced that this will happen soon.
