We are offering a nice and cozy room located right in the heart of the city center, at Prinsenstraat 7. You will be living with 9 neat female students, sharing a big living/dining room and a spacious kitchen. The bathroom is also shared, but you will have your own sink in your room! We also have a nice terras which has sun from 10:30 in the morning till 17:00. We also have a cleaning schedule to ensure that the house stays neat and clean each week.

The availability will be from 01.05.2024 - 01.09.2024. The room is sized 12 m2, with space for a desk, a bed, and your wardrobe. The room is unfurnitured. The rent will be €470 (incl.)
